New competition in 2023-24

If the result of a game has not been submitted by midday on the Monday following the deadline date, and no information relating to a legitimate delay in playing it has been received, the game will be determined by the KSFA by the toss of a coin.

Important reminders

  • Players must be over 13 and under 15 as at midnight 31st August/1st September 2023 (i.e. in Years 9 and 10 in the 2023-2024 academic year).
  • Matches are 35 minutes each way. Extra time of 10 minutes each way must be played in all games that are level at the end of normal time.  If scores remain level, the tie must be decided by penalties.
  • Players who play in this competition are not eligible to play in the KSFA U14 Wilf Armory Trophy, The KSFA U15 Portex Cup or the KSFA U16 Invicta Trophy.
  • Matches must be played on or before the deadlines. Matches can only be played in midweek by mutual agreement – failing such agreement, they must be played on a Saturday. If the result of a game has not been submitted by midday on the Monday following the deadline date, and no information relating to a delay in playing it has been received, the game will be determined by the KSFA by the toss of a coin.
  • Schools with players in the KSFA Under 16 Girls Squad must avoid arranging games on dates when the county squad is playing or in the 48 hours prior to a county game (there will be county games on Saturday 9th September, Saturday 14th October, Saturday 11th November, Saturday 9th December, Saturday 13th January, Saturday 10th February and Saturday 10th March). Schools with players in the Kent Under 16 Girls Squad must also avoid arranging games on dates when the county squad has training scheduled(Monday evenings as follows: 4th September, 9th October, 6th November, 4th December, 8th January, 5th February, 5th March).
  • The winning school is responsible for entering the result (and the goalscorers for both teams) on the KSFA website within two hours – failure to do so may incur a fine of £10.00.
  • Schools are expected to fulfil their responsibilities to their own players and to other schools in the competition - withdrawal from the competition may be subject to a fine of £50.00.
