Please ensure you include the fixture date.

Please note: This form is for ALL competitions - please ensure you enter the correct level and competition name when submitting your results.

Please enter the home and away goal scorers name(s) along with the number of goals they scored, i.e. 3 John Smith. To add another scorers name select “Add Row”. If the goal scorers are not known then fill in the goals scored and leave “Player Name” blank.

Step 8: Penalties/Forfeit

By default, the winner will be determined automatically from the number of goals scored, but there are cases where this may need to be overridden.
