Kent U14s 5 Middlesex 1
On Saturday 16th November, Kent U14’s played a home game against Middlesex. Kent made a strong start and went into the lead after some good work by Thomas Edozie on the wing, he played the ball to Blu Husthwaite who turned and slotted the ball in to the bottom corner. Kent was on top for the remainder of the first half but could not increase their lead. At half time it was 1-0.
After a strong start to the second half by Middlesex. Kent started to play their way back into the game with some good link up play and they were soon rewarded with a goal from Leo Dodds. The Kent passing game started to take control and Caleb Moore scored two very good finishes in quick succession, to make it 4-0 and take the game away from Middlesex. The fifth goal soon followed with Leo Dodds finishing a flowing Kent attack to claim his second goal. Late on in the game, Middlesex were awarded a penalty to give them a consolation goal. A strong performance from Kent and a well-earned victory.
