Under 11 Final Trial - Friday 6th November
Season 2026-27 Trials
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the players who participated in the recent Under 11 Trials. The standard of performance was exceptionally high, making it a very challenging decision for the managers to select players for the next stage.
The managers would like to invite the players listed below to attend the Final Trial, which will take place on Friday 6th November at Herne Bay F.C. starting at 7.30 pm. (Directions to the venue can be found by using the link attached to the venue name below).
Players should arrive for check-in at 7.00 pm dressed in their full playing kit.

Herne Bay F.C. has a very strict policy regarding footwear on their 4G playing surface.
Permitted footwear includes:
- Rubber studs
- Moulded studs
NOT PERMITTED:
- Trainers
- Astro-turf boots (Astros)
- Boots with Blades or Metal Tipped studs

For those who were not successful this time, we wish you all the very best. While it is understandably disappointing, please do not view this as a setback. Instead, use the experience as motivation to return stronger in the future. We continue to monitor the development of players across Kent, and many who were initially unsuccessful have gone on to achieve selection in the future. There may also be an opportunity for you to be nominated by your school or district association in future years.
We appreciate that selection decisions can be disappointing for some players and their families. However, due to the scale of the KSFA trial programme, involving over 1,000 players across all age groups and nearly 100 in the Under 11 category alone, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback or enter into discussions regarding selection decisions.
