Under 16 Girls Squad Selection
Season 2026-27 Trials
Thank you to all players who attended the recent Kent Schools' FA Under 16 Girls Trials.
The management team would like to express their sincere thanks to every player for the effort, commitment, and positive attitude shown throughout the trial process. The standard of performance was exceptionally high, making the selection process extremely challenging. Every player represented themselves with professionalism and demonstrated a commendable level of ability. We greatly appreciate the time, dedication, and enthusiasm shown by everyone who took part.
Players who have been selected for the 2026–27 Under 16 Girls Squad will receive an Information Pack within the next two weeks. The team manager will also be in contact with further details regarding upcoming training sessions and fixtures.
To those who were not selected on this occasion, we would like to wish you every success for the future. While we recognise this may be disappointing, we encourage you to view the experience as part of your ongoing development. We continue to monitor players' progress across Kent, and many players who were not initially selected have gone on to earn places in subsequent seasons.
Please note that due to the large number of players participating in the Kent Schools' FA trial process, we are unfortunately unable to provide individual feedback or engage in discussions regarding selection decisions.
