Under 11's v Dartford SFA

‘’Kent U11 played together for the first time in a development match against Dartford District. Kent played positive balls from defence and didn’t get caught out of possession in their own half. Kent players were in space but weren’t always found by the players on the ball.

We trusted our defence by playing out from the back which was very positive.

Dartford were a physically strong team and you could see they knew each other’s style of play, a lot of the players were bigger than us so Kent couldn’t manage to win many headers in the box’’.

Kent could have passed the ball quicker and more often with our heads up to play better through balls. We will work on getting our shots away more quickly and switching the play more. in future games.
