The opening set of matches in the KSFA Primary League saw newcomers Brighton convincingly defeat fellow debutants BSA (Borough Green, Swanley & Aylesford) 4-0. The other district new to the League, East Sussex, travelled to Maidstone and came away with a very creditable 3-3 draw. There was a similar scoreline in the Canterbury v Dover fixture - Dover's scorers were Jasper Miles, Max Midgley and Taylor O'Hare. Another close game saw West Kent come from a goal behind (scored by Harvey Mead) to narrowly beat Bexley 2-1, with two goals in the last five minutes. In the remaining League match Thanet travelled to Ashford and recorded a 3-1 victory. Elsewhere on the Primary scene, Bexley B played a representative game against Bermondsey A and lost 1-4.
